Unconscious Bias Training

Companies often need to understand the biases inherent in their staff recruitment teams and hiring and assessment managers.   We provide unsconsious bias training for individuals and teams.  We are skilled at talking with executive teams about the implications of bias in the workplace, helping them to ensure that they maximise profit, innovation and customer satisfaction potential.  We can then train groups of managers or HR professionals to ensure that personal biases are recognised and understood - that way, they dont get in the way

All of our education is interactive and the content is flexible to suit your requirements.   We offer:

• Unconsious Bias - Executive Team Session (Four hours)
• CEO one-to-one Unconscious Bias discussion (approximately two hours)
• Management training in implicit or unconsious bias (two to four hours
• HR Training Session - (four hours to full day session)
