Diversity and Equality
Black Lives Matter - Tectre and the team are fully in support of the movement.
We have been deeply involved with the diversity and equality initiative for over 20 years. It is a real passion for us. We were part of the start up of some of the key ED&I programmes for women in IT and for Ethnicity at IBM in the UK, and so, we believe we understand what it takes to run these programmes. We have helped our clients both on a voluntary and chargeable basis to create programmes for Women in Computing and Technical roles. This includes assessing the current situation and advising on establishing strategies, processes and procedures to make change happen. Our skill sets, along with diversity include training, operational change and consultancy - we know we can help. We are pretty sure of this because we have gained a great reputation and have won prizes for our work. We love to work with likeminded companies and we like to help them fill their offices with those who really 'GET IT'.
Of course, our clients understand that they can benefit from the additional profitability, Return on Equity (ROE) and innovation which comes from having diverse boards and diverse workforces. We can guide your initiatives to add diversity at all levels of the organisation and we can support your positive action campaigns for recruiting diversity at entry level, professional level and at senior levels.
Gillian and Christine have significant hands on expertise in training design, courseware development and delivery. Together they have successfully produced materials for major IT companies, energy companies, and large Not-for-profit organisations and SME's in the STEM arena.
Tectre can offer consultancy on your building and implementing your diversity policies and can offer support and guidance to ensure that you attract and retain the protected groups that you are working with.
